Well a quick 120 mile ride to West Wendover from SLC was uneventful. We left SLC around noon and stopped at the Flying J truck stop west of Salt Air for a couple of corn dogs, to abate our appetite until our scheduled Spaghetti feast.
Milky and I scouted out the Bonneville Salt Flats and Wendover Air Field. It was fun to actually ride on the flats and we were able to arrange a special behind the scenes tour of Historic Wendover Field with our group on Saturday.

We had a little crosswind and zero traffic

We met up with Bob Hole, Mike Reeves, Gary Cooper, Tony Delgado and John Flynn at the Peppermill in West Wendover, Nv for the all you can eat Spaghetti dinner. All seven of us ate Pasta until we were bursting at the seams for only $66.28. It is some of the best Spag sauce I’ve eaten in a restaurant. The Slots were tight with no big winners and it was early to bed for a full day on Sat.
Stay tuned for the next Sit Rep (Situation Report)
